Boss Life WiFi Navigation Module is integrated over your WiFi network and uses de-identified MAC address ‘signals’ to understand how visitors move around your venue. We use geo-fencing technology to create zones for specific areas, such as a new clothing range or food stall, to establish footfall journeys and identify the hotspots within your store for different customer segments. This can also be used with restaurants with different areas such as outdoor dinning vs indoor dinning.  Even track how long a customer spent in each spot of your location during a single visit.  Use this data coupled with their time frequented to really customize your target message.

All this data is then fed into the Boss Life Portal where you can optimize your venue based on real-time information and what purchases customers are considering. Finally you can action this data with proximity marketing by driving campaigns that are triggered by a WiFi user’s location and behavior. All of this is made possible through the Navigation Module. This module also allows for blue dot navigation through the use of a mobile device.  It allows the users to track thier current location and exact turn by turn direction to where they want to go in your facility.
